Your First Visit
You will receive a warm greeting by one of our front desk team members as soon as you enter through our practice doors. Our waiting area is cozy and features a refreshment and coffee bar, as well as snacks. All of our new patients are given a tour of our office before being taken back to one of our operatories. We’ll take any necessary X-rays, and if appropriate, you’ll receive a thorough cleaning before meeting Dr. Hubler.
After your examination with Dr. Hubler, he will discuss any findings and treatment recommendations with you as well as answer questions you may have. Then, you’ll be escorted to our front desk, where you’ll get a chance to review your discussed treatment with our office manager, Amy. We’ll help you arrange any future appointments and discuss your payment options with you, as well as your insurance coverage.

Our office is proud to be incredibly dental insurance-friendly. We will file claims on your behalf to help maximize your reimbursement and do our best to provide accurate cost estimates based on the information we receive from your dental insurance. Our office is also in-network with most major PPO insurance plans.

If the cost of treatment isn’t covered by your dental insurance, or if you’re uninsured, we also offer flexible monthly payment plans through CareCredit. After filling out the application, you will receive notification of your approval. If you qualify, our team can help you set up your payment plan and discuss how it will work with you upon checkout.
